With three years at Shamrock Solutions, I've grown tremendously as an Account Executive, leveraging my Challenger sales expertise to forge robust outreach, marketing, and relationship building strategies. My journey from business advising before that for 2 years, Business Development at Softdocs and Shamrock Solutions, to now Account Executive, has honed my skills in crafting innovative lead gen & marketing strategies that drive growth.

Over my corporate career since 2018, I have found it rare to find a company that actually exemplifies what they say are their values. And a culture that is genuinely positive and supportive. I am immensely grateful to have found that here at Shamrock Solutions.

I can easily say I am a positively different person personally and professionally than I was when I started with Shamrock Solutions. The culture established here has allowed me to grow and self develop at my pace. Yet the leadership has always been there generously with guidance and perspective on how I can improve.

I was able to grow into more of a leadership position in just 5 months of being here which is something I wanted when I started here. Having that kind of opportunity to progress and move forward is talked about at every company, but this is the first place where the opportunity was actually there to progress forward to different positions. Grateful to be working here, it has enhanced my quality of life outside of my job which is even more of a priority to me.
