As the leaves continue to fall and Thanksgiving draws near, it’s the perfect time to reflect on what we’re grateful for. At Shamrock Solutions, there’s one thing that stands out: our incredible customers and the partnerships we’ve built with them. Nothing makes us more thankful than hearing how we’ve helped them overcome challenges, streamline processes, and achieve success.


This year, we’re especially grateful for two valued customers, whose words remind us of why we do what we do. From handling tight deadlines to simplifying complex workflows, our goal has always been to provide unmatched service and solutions that make a lasting impact.




Turning Panic into Progress


When one of our customers, a higher education institution, was suddenly tasked with implementing Perceptive Experience on an extremely tight timeline, they felt the weight of the world on their shoulders. “We all know that sinking feeling that hits you right in the stomach when a huge project comes out of nowhere,” they shared. This wasn’t just another task—it was a critical project that would impact their entire infrastructure, and the clock was ticking. Overwhelmed and unsure where to start, they turned to Shamrock.

Efficiency, Simplicity, and Scalability in Higher Ed


Perdoceo Education faced a different challenge—how to streamline their admissions and transcript processes to better serve students and staff. Previously, manual processes led to backlogs and inefficiencies, with transcript processing times dragging on for weeks. Shamrock came in with a customized solution that automated much of the work, allowing Perdoceo to cut transcript processing from 2-3 weeks down to 2 days.


One of the key elements of the solution was creating a single work queue that simplified document tracking and validation. “The big thing from the process perspective is we got to the point of a single work queue for the imaging team. They can see it right away and they can process it right away,” Brian Hameister shared. The project didn’t just improve operational efficiency—it transformed how staff and students interacted with the system.


“Instead of 2-3 weeks wait time, it can be 2-3 days now. The student gets to see their new schedule, their new grad date, and their new costs right at that time.”

By automating their processes, the system reduced manual intervention, allowing staff to focus on more important tasks. “Right now we can take a transcript process from an hour to 15 minutes,” noted the team. This efficiency has led to greater satisfaction across the board—from staff to students, everyone’s experience has improved.
